If you are a ski bum like me, you have to subscribe to Powder magazine, by far the industry’s best publication.  With its glossy photographs, interesting facts, and articulate, often witty writing, Powder has sustained my need for the white stuff through all seasons.Â
Reading old issues has gotten me incredibly pumped for my upcoming Utah outdoor adventure this Christmas – if you are as passionate as I am, you know that Utah has some of the best powder and skiing conditions in the country, if not world.Â
Enjoy the always hilarious letters to the editor and Average Joe’s “unique†artwork. Powder does a superb job of paying tribute to the great sport of skiing rather than the lifestyle and behavior associated with ski towns such as Aspen and Tahoe.Â
