Egg Donation Services
Egg donation is a highly popular infertility alternative that has sparked serious ethical and legal debate. Demand for women’s eggs that continually surpasses the available supply has become a catalyst for soaring compensation. In fact, I had a roommate who made nearly $15,000 for donating her eggs twice. Which prompted me to do a little research.
I came across a great book about egg donation and the controversy surrounding reproductive technology. The book provides essays from a myriad of experts such as lawyers, theologians, medical doctors, and sociologists, addressing the ethical controversies advancing reproductive procedures trigger. It also presents different policies and procedures of egg donation services through out the country, as well as recommendations from professionals if you are considering becoming and egg donor or recipient. The book comes across surprisingly unbiased, presenting all sides of the argument.
